Reby red, with lifted aromas of chocolate-coated raspberry licorice, nutmeg, cheesecake and underlying smokey, toasty oak. Displaying characteristics seen in many Shiraz dominant wines from the region from the exceptional 2023 vintage. The palate is rich and bold with its fruit and chocolate flavours however the tannin levels are subdued, leaving the palate with a sense of roundness ready for consumption. The flavours of milk chocolate and sweet spice linger long on the palate.
