You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase wine from this website. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase liquor if you are under 18.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. 3. Online Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed via our website are subject to acceptance by us.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment methods as indicated at the time of purchase (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal).
  • Your credit card/payment information is encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details after transaction completion.

4. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are correct.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to: incorrect pricing, product unavailability, errors in description or any other reason. If payment has been made, we will refund you in full.
  • Colours and vintages may vary from those shown on the website due to screen settings or availability.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates only (see Returns & Refunds Policy section for details).
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the product is dispatched.
  • If no-one is present at the delivery address, and no special instructions are given, delivery may be made to your local post office/parcels facility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • These Terms do not waive or limit your rights under the ACL or other consumer protection laws.
