1. Scope
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases of wine and related products made via the Corryton Burge website. Your purchase of products from Corryton Burge constitutes your acceptance of this Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Age Restriction
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 years of age or older, in accordance with Australian liquor laws. It is an offence to supply liquor to a person under 18.
3. Commitment to Quality
At Corryton Burge we endeavour to provide high-quality wine products and ensure that each bottle you receive meets our standards. If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will assess your case in accordance with this policy.
4. Returns & Refunds for Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your wine arrives incorrect, damaged in transit, or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@corrytonburge.com or by +61 88563 7560, quoting your order number and the nature of the issue.
- You must retain your proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
- We may request that you return the product (or provide photos) so that we can assess the issue.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or photographic evidence) and determine it is a valid claim, we will offer you either:
- a replacement of the same item (if available) or
- a full refund of the purchase price (including GST) within approximately 14 working days of our acceptance of the claim.
- You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we confirm and agree otherwise.
5. Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind (i.e., the product is not faulty, damaged or incorrect) we may, at our discretion, accept a return and provide a store credit or refund. However:
- The product must be returned in its original condition (sealed, full bottle, undamaged) and within 30 days of delivery.
- You may be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
- We reserve the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees or postage costs.
- We do not guarantee acceptance of change-of-mind returns.
- For wine, this policy does not override your statutory rights under the ACL.
6. Statutory Consumer Guarantees
- Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
- This policy is subject to those statutory rights and does not limit them.
7. How to Return
- Please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation and our return shipping instructions.
- Pack the wine securely (original box if possible) and include your order number, name and contact details.

- We recommend you insure the package for its value as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit unless otherwise agreed.
8. Shipping Costs & Timing
- Domestic delivery is usually within 5-10 working days for metro areas, and up to 14 working days for regional or remote areas (including NT/Tasmania) or during peak periods.
- Shipping costs incurred during return of non-faulty product are borne by you.
- If we accept a return and the shipping cost is our responsibility, we will include reimbursement of shipping only if agreed in writing.
9. International Orders
- For international deliveries, taxes/duties and import regulations vary by destination country. Any refunds or returns are subject to the laws of the destination. Please contact us for details before placing international orders.
