TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Competition

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
  4. The promotion runs from 1st April 2026 to 30th June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

  5. To enter, individuals must purchase a bottle of Corryton Burge (either online or in store):

    1. Purchase via the Corryton Burge website:
      Purchase any bottle of Corryton Burge wine via the official website and submit your online order number via the entry form at https://corrytonburge.com/pages/competition.

    2. Purchase via a third-party retailer (in-store or online):
      Purchase any bottle of Corryton Burge wine from a retailer (in-store or online), and upload a valid purchase receipt via the entry form at https://corrytonburge.com/pages/competition. The receipt must clearly show the retailer, product purchased, and date of purchase.

  6. Incomplete, late, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  7. To be eligible, purchases must be made between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 (inclusive). Entries submitted for purchases made outside of this period will be deemed invalid.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  9. The draw will take place at Corryton Burge HQ on 1st July 2026. One (1) winner will be selected at random.

  10. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

Prize Details

  1. The winner will receive a Corryton Burge Barossa Escape for two (2) people, including:
    1. Return domestic flights within Australia to Adelaide, South Australia
    2. Car hire from Adelaide Airport for the duration of the stay
    3. Three (3) nights’ accommodation at Wilsford House, the Corryton Burge holiday home.
    4. A premium guided wine tasting experience at the Corryton Burge cellar door, including a shared platter of local produce. 
  1. The prize is for two (2) guests travelling together on the same itinerary.
  2. The prize does not include international travel, travel insurance, additional meals, spending money, or any other costs not expressly stated.
  3. The experience must be booked and taken between 1 August 2026 and 1 August 2027, subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
  4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  6. If the winner is unable to take the prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited.

General Conditions

  1. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
  2. By entering, entrants agree that, if they are the winner, their name and image may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
  3. If this promotion is disrupted or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.
  4. The Promoter encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Entry is only open to individuals of legal drinking age.
  5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  6. The Promoter is Corryton Burge, 11 Lilly Farm Rd, Krondorf SA 5352.
