A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz, this wine reflects generations of Burge family winemaking experience and a shared passion for the Barossa. Produced in small quantities and released only when a vintage deserves to stand apart, H&S is an expression of our family's heart and soul.
Deep red with subtle purple hues, this elegant Barossa blend opens with inviting aromas of blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant, complemented by hints of cedar and roasted coffee. The rich, generous palate reveals layers of dark berry fruit and mocha, with beautifully integrated oak and fine tannins leading to a long, elegant finish.
